Refund & Return Policy – Mitrangi

At Mitrangi, every piece is handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we follow a No Return & No Refund Policy once an order is placed. Please read the following carefully before making your purchase.


 No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective, and the claim is supported by the proper proof described below.

 

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To raise any claim for damage:

1. Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

2. The video must show:

The entire parcel before opening (outer packaging, shipping label).

The package being opened fully on camera.

The product shown thoroughly (front, back, inside, outside) without cuts/edits.

3. The video must include a date and time stamp.

4. The unboxing video and order details must be shared with us at mitrangijaipur@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

NOTE: Without a proper unboxing video, no claim for damage, return, or refund will be entertained.

In case of return process as mentioned above, we will initiate the refund once we have received the product back. It will take 8-10 business working days for the refund amount to be reflected in your bank account. For further queries, contact us at mitrangijaipur@gmail.com

 

Cancellation Policy

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer.

However, Mitrangi reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under certain circumstances, such as:

Unavailability of product or raw materials

Payment not received or payment verification failure

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

Any unforeseen technical or operational issue

In such rare cases, the customer will be notified, and if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

 

Conditions for Refund/Replacement

Refunds or replacements will be processed only if the unboxing video clearly proves that the product was delivered damaged or defective.

If the product has been used, altered, washed, or handled improperly after delivery, no refund or replacement will be provided.

In case of genuine approved claims, Mitrangi may issue a refund or a replacement, at our sole discretion.


🌍 Shipping, Courier & Natural Circumstances

Mitrangi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities.

Once the order is shipped, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the courier service.

If the package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.


📌 Important Notes

All the items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Minor variations in color, embroidery, or finishing are part of handcrafted products and will not be considered defects.

Mitrangi reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
