2. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed online through our official website & Instagram. 

• All the orders are strictly prepaid.

• We use trusted payment gateways to ensure secure transactions.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. 

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the conditions stated in the Return Policy.
