Shipping & Payment Policy – Mitrangi

At Mitrangi, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Every outfit we make is handcrafted with care, and we make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please take a moment to read through our shipping and payment guidelines.

Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic (within India):

• We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders (COD service is not available).

 

International:

• Shipping charges apply and are calculated based on the weight of your order. The final cost will be shown at checkout.

• Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges set by your country’s regulations are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

• Since these rules differ for each country, we recommend checking your local policies before placing your order. Please note that international orders are not eligible for cancellation or return.

• If customs fees are not paid or the delivery is refused, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Delivery Timelines

• As each Mitrangi outfit is made by hand, please allow 15–20 working days for dispatch (both domestic and international).

• During festivals, peak seasons, or unforeseen situations (like strikes, curfews, or weather issues), delivery may take an extra 10–15 days. If such a delay occurs, we’ll inform you by email or phone.

Receiving Your Order

To help us serve you better, we recommend:

• Recording an unboxing video and clicking time-stamped photos within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Order Process & Tracking

• Once you place an order, it goes into processing.

• After quality checks, your outfit is carefully packed and handed over to our courier partner.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to check your delivery status on the courier’s website.

• We ship to 220+ countries worldwide. Shipping availability for your location will be shown at checkout.

 

Domestic Orders:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Only Prepaid orders are accepted.

International Orders:

• Only prepaid payments are accepted.

Credit Notes:

• If you receive a credit note, it will be sent to your registered email ID.

• It can be used once only on our official website within 3 months of issue.
